Rev. Daniel L. Busch

Rev. Busch began serving NWOA on November 1, 2005. Dan is a graduate of United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities (M.Div.) in 1971 and University of Northern Colorado (BA in Music Education) in 1967. He has done Doctor of Ministry studies at United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities and United Theological Seminary in Dayton. Prior to becoming Association Minister, Rev. Busch served churches in Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. He is a native of Colorado and is an organist and pianist, and admits to playing the accordion and violin on rare occasions. Dan lives in Tiffin and is the father of two adult children: Alison living in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania with her partner Charles Bailey. They are the parents of Odin Bailey Busch who was born September 4, 2018. Christopher is a certified welder, lives in Science Hill, Kentucky, and is engaged to Cori Westmoreland.

Joan Davidson

Office Manager/Placement Coordinator - joan@nwoa.org
Joan is the Office Manager for the NWOA, beginning in 1997. She provides support for the NWOA Ministry Teams; is the placement coordinator for the Search and Call process; is the editor for “The Vine” and provides administrative support to the Association Minister. Joan lives on a farm in the Tiffin area, with her husband Tim. They have three grown children and four grandchildren. Entertaining her grandchildren and caring for her flower gardens, take up most of her spare time.

Deb Long

Bookkeeper - deb@nwoa.org
Deb is the part-time bookkeeper for the Northwest Ohio Association office, beginning November of 2017 and is in the office 10 to 12 hours per week. Deb retired January 1, 2015 after 31 years as the Administrative Secretary at Mohawk Local Schools. Deb is married to Carl Long and they have three grown children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano, taking care of the grandkids and walking.
