Workshop Objectives:  Examine the disparities and unique barriers to holistic and spiritual wellness that LGBTQ+ individuals experience; understand basic LGBTQ+ terminology and effective, inclusive communication principles; explore strategies to enhance a welcoming and safe faith community; discuss supportive resources available for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies; reflect upon any past assumptions and experiences with LGBTQ+ individuals and explore opportunities for continual self-growth.
